WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE PMP EXAM
Module 1 - Initiating the Project
Learn to define project objectives and requirements, identify stakeholders and establish project governance, develop a project charter and obtain approval, conduct feasibility studies and assess project viability.
Module 2 - Planning the Project
Learn to develop a comprehensive project management plan, define project scope, schedule, and budget, identify project risks and develop risk management strategies, establish project communication and procurement plans.
Module 3 - Executing the Project
Learn to coordinate project resources and manage team dynamics, implement the project management plan and deliverables, monitor and control project work against the baseline plan, manage project changes and ensure alignment with objectives.
