2. Course Enrollment & Payment
- Course fees are due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is arranged.
- Pay-over-time financing is available at checkout through Klarna and Afterpay. Approval, payment schedules and any fees are determined by the provider, not by Covenant.
- Prices are subject to change; enrolled students are locked into the price at time of purchase.
- In-person classrooms seat 16 to 24 students. Live-online seating is not capped.
- Corporate purchase orders are accepted where applicable.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All tuition payments, including annual pathway payments, are final. Covenant does not currently offer cancellations or refunds. Annual pathway students remain responsible for the full payment schedule.
4. Exam Vouchers & Retakes
- An ISC2 CISSP exam voucher is included in tuition. Unlimited CISSP exam retakes are covered for students who complete the full course. Scheduling remains subject to ISC2 exam policies.
- The cost of the CompTIA Network+ exam is included in tuition. The cost of the CompTIA Security+ exam is included in tuition. The cost of the Rocheston Certified Cybersecurity Engineer (RCCE) exam is included in tuition.
- Certification exams are administered by the third-party certifying body. Covenant does not guarantee exam passage.
5. Course Stacking
CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Linux+ and the Rocheston Certified Cybersecurity Engineer (RCCE) program roll into each other, so a course you have already completed carries forward into the annual pathway instead of being repeated or repurchased.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, study guides, and content provided by Covenant Training Center are proprietary and protected by copyright. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission.
7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during all training sessions, whether in-person or online. CTC reserves the right to remove any student who disrupts the learning environment, with no refund issued in such cases.
8. Independent Provider & Certification Disclaimers
Covenant Training Center is an independent training provider offering enhanced instruction and exam preparation for third-party certifications. Covenant is not a certified, authorized, official, accredited, endorsed or approved training partner of any certification body.
Certification names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Training completion does not itself award the third-party certification; eligibility, exams, experience, endorsement and credential issuance are controlled by the applicable certification body.
Covenant Training Center provides training and exam preparation only. CTC does not guarantee certification or exam passage. Individual results vary by experience, preparation and effort.
9. Limitation of Liability
Covenant Training Center's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question. CTC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
